Shipping options

Available services, charges and estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout after a live shipping system is connected. The demo checkout does not calculate or purchase shipping.

Processing

Live orders should receive a confirmation email first and a separate dispatch notice with tracking when available. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may vary by carrier and destination.

Address changes

Contact support as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Changes may not be possible after an order has been handed to the carrier.
